Kultivate's services are hosted by the following providers:

Hosts the website, the API, media and the main database.

Secondary host used for certain APIs and databases.

3. Data collected

Email address (or Google identifier)
Username and profile picture (if provided)
Internal user identifier

Scores, progress, quiz answers
Game statistics (XP, streaks, themes played)
Language and theme preferences

c. Technical data

Device model, app version, operating system
Truncated IP address and approximate geographic area (country/region)

d. Advertising data

Device advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID)
Contextual information for ad display
Advertising consent (personalized or not)

No personal data is sold to third parties.

4. Purposes of processing

Your data is used only to:

manage your player account,
save your progress and statistics,
display advertising (unless you have a Premium account),
improve the content and stability of the game,
comply with our legal obligations (e.g. billing, GDPR).

5. Advertising

Kultivate displays ads via Google AdMob. From the first launch of the app, you can choose whether to accept or refuse personalized ads.

If you accept: Google may use your advertising identifier and your interactions to personalize ads.

If you refuse: only contextual (non-personalized) ads will be shown.

Premium users see no ads.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions and payments are handled via RevenueCat, a GDPR-compliant service. revenuecat.com/privacy

7. Data retention and security

Data is kept for as long as your account is active, then deleted within a maximum of 30 days after account deletion. It is hosted and protected in accordance with the security standards of our providers (see the Hosting section).

8. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have at all times the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent regarding your personal data.

You can exercise these rights, including requesting the permanent deletion of your account and all of your personal data, by writing to privacy@kultivate.app.

Deleting your account results in the irreversible erasure of your profile, scores, preferences and history. Purely statistical and anonymized data may be retained for analysis purposes. All requests are handled within a maximum of 30 days of receipt.

9. Analytics and measurement

Kultivate uses an internal analytics tool to understand app usage in an anonymous and non-identifying way.

10. Image copyright

The images shown in Kultivate come from royalty-free sources or are generated specifically for the app. If you believe an image infringes your rights, you can report it via hello@kultivate.app.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to Kultivate or legal obligations. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
